2025 Consignment Sale

Due to low volunteer numbers the consignment sale this year will be consignor run. There are 28 tables available to be reserved.


The cost to reserve a table is $20. If you consign at the sale, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you reserve a table and do not show up at the sale, you will lose your full deposit. 


This sale will occur if we meet a minimum of 15 registered consignors!


Date: Saturday, June 21st

Where: CCA Cary Cafeteria


Schedule: 

8:00 - 9:00 AM: Consignor Set-up

9:00 - 10:00 AM: Consignor and Staff Shopping

10:00 - Noon: General Public Shopping


As a consignor you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up your table.

  • Running your own table.

  • Displaying the cost of your items via sign, tagging, etc.

  • Taking payment for your items (cash, venmo, etc.) If you are going to take cash please make sure you have change. 

  • Cleaning up your table after the sale. 


The PTO will also be consigning at the sale and will advertise the sale as normal.


**The PTO will take donations of any clothing items after the sale. Any consignor who donates their leftover items to the PTO will receive 2 volunteer hours (if applicable).
