2025 Consignment Sale

Due to low volunteer numbers the consignment sale this year will be consignor run. There are 28 tables available to be reserved.
The cost to reserve a table is $20. If you consign at the sale, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you reserve a table and do not show up at the sale, you will lose your full deposit.
This sale will occur if we meet a minimum of 15 registered consignors!
Date: Saturday, June 21st
Where: CCA Cary Cafeteria
Schedule:
8:00 - 9:00 AM: Consignor Set-up
9:00 - 10:00 AM: Consignor and Staff Shopping
10:00 - Noon: General Public Shopping
As a consignor you will be responsible for:
Setting up your table.
Running your own table.
Displaying the cost of your items via sign, tagging, etc.
Taking payment for your items (cash, venmo, etc.) If you are going to take cash please make sure you have change.
Cleaning up your table after the sale.
The PTO will also be consigning at the sale and will advertise the sale as normal.
**The PTO will take donations of any clothing items after the sale. Any consignor who donates their leftover items to the PTO will receive 2 volunteer hours (if applicable).
